After an unfortunately timed break down of our previous (not Toyota) car just before Christmas, we were in desperate need for a new car whilst we were visiting family in Surrey. Despite only having a skeleton staff in over the Christmas period, Bryan was attentive to our requirements and even took us out to test drive a second vehicle even when they were extremely busy. The next day we had decided upon purchasing a second hand dynamic model C-HR which had the best price in the area. Bryan was very clear with all the possible financing, warranty and insurance options, and even managed to have it ready to drive (including a dent removed with a perfect finish) 2 working days later, ready for us to make the 300 mile journey that day.
