My car whent in to have gearbox done as oil coming out.800.pound later dosent change gear and oil still poors out.never go there again.
We came here after very poor service at MB Ascot. Our current car was nearing the end of its term and we wished to take out a new deal. Neil and Alex could not do enough for us in 1) finding a new car with the spec we wanted, 2) giving us an excellent deal 3) enabling us to leave the old car here on the day we took delivery of the new car 4) we received a call to check we were happy with everything - this all equals excellent service - Thank you!
Took two weeks to book, left the car 0830 hours, lady staff promised to ring after an hour, we mentioned it's use for business (Taxi / Chauffeuring) by 1700 - no call. Called them up and the lady was not responsible, claiming she didn't say she will call us (who would be?). To check the car, she said it's about 120+ (just to check the car hence she promised she will call after an hour) I have a witness as i was with the driver. What made me furious was they did not bother to let us know what happened to their findings as apparently, the part will be coming from Germany. Had i not called, i don't know what happens. The poor driver wasn't able to earn money (Manager says the car is safe to drive anyway) So... why kept the car from morning to 1700 hours? They normally send a video which they didn't send. They closes at 1830 and our conversation ended 1730 (started from approx 1715 hours). They want us to be calm but they do not realized that because of their INCOMPETENCE, the driver did not earn money. I was planning to buy an S Class for the business from Sandown but because of the way they treated us, it's a NO. This is not the first time they messed up, i was just forgiving the first time. Stay away from Sandown Mercedes.
Such a desperately poor after-sales experience. No return on phone calls. Managers not calling back. Won't be buying another Mercedes. Especially from this dealer. What a total nightmare!
