Right from when we phoned in to enquire about the car, all the way through to arranging finance and taking delivery of the vehicle it was a pleasure interacting with Tony Brown. This man has clearly seen it all and is not into cheap tactics - his preparedness to answer detailed questions and diligence with the paperwork showed he enjoys his job and is hardworking. He is so charming and smooth it would make one assume he would turn out to be a typical "used car salesman" - that moment never arrived! We were treated most professionally right up to the end. ProsThe company has a thorough process to service the vehicle, check detailed points before they hand over to youVery good with paperwork. Tony explained us every key point about the finance, warranty in detail. During the test drive Tony was able to answer detailed and specific questions about the car's history - all of which checked out later. ConsWe were not able to negotiate down the listed price. Very similar to most established dealers anyway. Came away with a token referral fee of 55 for my friend who spotted the car online and came with me for the purchase. + free floor mats.The listing said zero% finance available. Which just turned out to be for only for 1500 of the total value of 9500. No where in the advert was this bit clear. We knew it is too good to be true anyway. Overall it was good doing business with MJA.Hope you have a similar or better experience. Would strongly recommended Tony Brown.
