I am the owner of a Driving School and was looking for a replacement trailer training vehicle for my school, having looked at a few potential vehicles that I felt would be suitable I opted for the New mark 4 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 4wd and ordered a week after its release on the 1/09/2018.This new model I felt was a striking vehicle in looks and feel on the road after test driving.My salesman coincidentally was Nic Martin at Guildford who was a pleasure to deal with from Enquiry to collection of my new vehicle.Having used my new vehicle towing daily for training for the last week I have been very impressed as have my pupils with 5 out of 5 passing their towing test.Its currently returning 27 mpg towing 1300 kg which I expect to improve after the vehicle has covered a few thousand miles so at this stage Im pleased.Nothing negative to say at this point as a pleasure to drive and will also make an ideal spacious family vehicle. Well done Hyundai and Richmond motor group Ill be back for more

I bought my used Santa fe from this dealer and i was very impressed with the sales person Ian (don't know his surname, Irish and ginger) he did me a great deal on finance and everything he said he would do was done when i collected the car. overall i had a great experience
Not good , first told 3 hours for our first service, then when dropped off the car at 12 pm told between, 5and 6pm. Courtesy car had hardly any petrol in it, low fuel light ce on within a few miles. When it home was called within 2 hrs told it was ready, I wouldn't have bothered with the courtesy car at 10 charge if I thought it was only 2 hours, got the courtesy car back with only small amount of fuel left in it. No apology !!, was getting a bit worried wasn't going to make it, Got my car back but not washed cleaned. Waited another hour for car to be cleaned. So no not good.
