I have just booked a free health check on an RS6 I bought second hand last week (what a great service!) in advance of booking in for an oil change in a couple of months and felt compelled to write to say how good the initial experience was on the phone. I am afraid I didnt get the chaps name I dealt with (Scottish if that helps his boss identify him!) but he was absolutely brilliant - a real credit to Audi and if the garage is half as good as he was then I will be in safe hands. Great service once again from Audi Guildford. I see a few complaints about smell and building - I guess a thing to point out is they're revamping the dealership but its all done for us customers/better experience and also the staff are too having to work in fairly difficult conditions...right next to an abattoir (hence the smell!). Very happy here - car was booked in for service and back same day - Audi cam is great and informative and all the staff from booking in, looking after, collection were brilliant.While I look forward to seeing you again - Hopefully not for some time -probably the only place where not having to go back unless buying a new car is a good thing otherwise somethings wrong with the car :- )Thanks again all!
Excellent staff always willing to help. Receptionists exceptional she did not stop working. Service advisor was really helpful with good advise. Kept me up to date all the way through .
