Fuming. Don't buy a car here and expect any service afterwards. Paid their (far from cheap) rates for servicing the car I'd bought from them a year earlier, and the car came out working less well than before I took it in! Told to bring it back in for someone to look at the malfunctioning tracker, I drove 45 minutes from home only to be told that they didn't have workshop resource to look at it once I arrived. While I was waiting for them to confirm they were wasting my time, I got a coffee from their machine only to discover the milk in it had gone off. It's as if someone was actively trying to sabotage their business, and doing an amazing job at it!

Very Poor Repair Experience - expensive (fixed fee 180+vat per issue) to look at any issue no matter how minor, so you can be given a large bill just to look at a few minor issues , on top of this the Panoramic Sunroof failed on a 4 yr old RR, warranty company refused to pay as it's due to a production defect that LR has published an advisory on but they made no attempt to resolve this with LR instead forcing me to pay, then when I collected the car it was then passed back to me with a punctured tyre (screw in it from the workshop), when I immediately came back and they confirmed it needed a new tyre they initially refused to cover the full cost of the tyre and it took a significant amount of complaining before they finally accepted responsibility with very bad grace. If a car is damaged in their possession it's their responsibility not the owners! I will be taking my car elsewhere in future.

difficult to get hold staffs in person especially to change specifications whilst on waiting list. Nonetheless, in the end, we get to what we wanted. Generally, service is good but could do with prompt reply to phone calls.

Words fail me as to how poor the customer service is at this branch of Land Rover. Im beyond anger to the point of almost tears of frustration. I wont bore you all with the issues I have had (theyre boring me to be honest). On the positive side, Ive just managed to book my annual service. Still, it has only taken me five phone calls (one of which ended up at the Preston branch) an actual visit to the show room and two emails to make the booking. Anyway, the service is only going to be 841 without parts, so hey, ho maybe Ive got an unrealistic expectation of the level of customer service I expect............shame on you Land Rover.

Using the LR main website I located a vehicle that met my spec at this garage. I called up, asked for an honest review, before I committed to spending 2hours to get there via train. Was told the vehicle was great and really worth seeing in person. Booked my tickets and agreed to head down two days later. Called the morning of to check all was okay, and was told "Yep, come on down!" I was kindly picked from the station, but upon arriving was told they couldn't find the keys for the car... The car was dirty, covered in scratches, the front valance was falling off etc. It and generally a sub-standard vehicle. They did apologise, and did offer to drive the car to London for me to test drive (once they ordered new keys), but by this point this garage wasn't going to get my money. Why should I trust them any further. They called me a week later to proclaim "We've located the keys!", by which time I'd already bought from another main dealer. I'm sure this is an extreme example, and unfortunate, but nonetheless my time could have been saved with an honest review, and they could have communicated (at all) about the keys. Sorry people, your efforts (or lack of) lost a sale.
